Cancellation/No call-no show policy

Cancellations

I require for a 24 hour notice of cancellation. Anything after the 24 hour mark will result in a 50% service fee charge.

No Shows

For no show clients, there will be a service fee of 100%. I give clients a window of 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, but anything after that is affecting my other scheduled appointments.
